LED floodlight for wide-area illumination.
Light management
The standardised Zhaga-compliant base is attached to the luminaire head at the top.
Applications
Container areas, Large building sites, Storage locations, Terminals, Parking lots, Power stations, Sports centres, Accent lighting, Accent lighting. The luminaire is compliant to the requirements of EN 60598 and is designed for the effects of wind compliant to EN 1991 (Eurocode) with basic wind velocity of up to 30m/s (corresponding to wind zone 4 in Germany) in terrain category 1.
Mounting methods
Die-cast aluminium mounting bracket. The sturdy mounting bracket with 3 holes enables 2-point mounting as well as central 1-point mounting. Projector head can be swivelled on the mounting bracket by single-point mounting. Securing of swivel position by toothed locks. Projector head and mounting bracket are fully assembled on delivery. Post mounting for single and multiple arrangements is possible by means of accessories.
Optical system
As MLT version (Multi-Lens Technology), consisting of highly efficient UV and temperature-resistant lens systems in 4-fold configurations. With asymmetric wide light distribution. Further beam characteristics are available for flexible adaptation to customer-specific lighting tasks.
LED system
With Tunable White technology for controlling the light colour using a separate control system (DT8). Luminaire luminous flux fixed, with luminous flux stabilization at end of life (CLO). LED system consists of 24 MLT LED modules each with 4 LEDs. Luminaire luminous flux 15300 lm, connected load 104 W, Power Faktor λ > 0,95, maximum luminous efficiency of luminaire 147 lm/W. Light colour Tunable White (warm white – neutral white), correlated colour temperature (CCT) Tunable White (2200 K – 4000 K), general colour rendering index (CRI) Ra > 70. Colour locus tolerance (initial MacAdam) ≤ 5 SDCM. Mean rated service life L80 (tq 25 °C) = 100,000 h. The light source is replaceable according to the ecodesign requirements (VO (EU) 2019/2020). Flicker: Pst LM ≤ 1.0 at full load.
Luminaire body
Luminaire body and cover support of die-cast aluminium. Cover of flat non-laminated safety glass fixed in frame. Luminaire body (main colour) and fixing bracket (additional colour) in contrasting colours. Primary colour anthracite (similar to DB 703), additional colour silver-grey (similar to RAL 9006). Luminaire housing highly weather resistant, powder-coated. Further colour variants possible from RAL or DB colour codes. Dimensions (L x W): 633 mm x 494 mm, height 291,5 mm. Ball-impact-resistance according to DIN 18032-3. Safety class (EN 61140): I, protection rating (DIN EN 60529): IP66, impact resistance level in accordance with IEC 62262: IK09. Permissible ambient temperature (ta): -40 °C to 25 °C. Weight: 15,5 kg.
Electrical version
With electronic control gear unit, switchable. The control gear unit is replaceable in accordance with the ecodesign requirements (VO (EU) 2019/2020). Surge voltage resistance Differential Mode / Common Mode: 6 kV / 10 kV. The luminaire complies with the fundamental requirements of applicable EU regulations and product safety legislation and bears the CE symbol. The luminaire is also ENEC-certified by an independent testing authority.
With Trilux after-sales promise: the luminaire is available for 10 years and spare parts (LED module, control gear unit and optical system) are available for 15 years from date of invoice. The right to make reasonable modifications in the interests of progress is reserved.
